3 years ago Got rid of a few unnecessary JS files which made up nearly a 1 MB uncompressed. But fellow Freemius devs don’t think it’s a big deal being over 2 MB. They said 5 or even 12 MB is no problem. Still, I should put my CURL timeout helper on GitHub and maybe WP.org...
Currently the zip's filesize 2.034 MB, which was too big for a user (their upload filesize limit was 2MB). If I remove all the images the filesize shrinks to 1.557 MB. Most of the images are theme screenshots. They're all shrunk pretty small but there's like 10 of them. It would be great if I could just host them on printmy.blog, but that's not in compliance with WordPress.org guidelines...
