Support Gutenberg classes like "has-gray-background-color" #271

I think this is new in twenty-twenty-one. They use custom properties

Trouble is: those classes aren’t standard across themes. It’s a problem when you switch themes too. See https://richtabor.com/standardizing-theme-json-colors/
