generating blog content got t his pop up: There was an error preparing your content. Please visit the Print My Blog Help page. nothing in help page tells me how to correct issues or even what the error was
Hi @mmcgreer, thanks for reporting the error here. The debugging info indicates that your server ran out of memory while creating the print page (an HTML page with all the content from your project, in preparation for creating the PDF or ePub). I'm sorry you're the first one to have reported this issue. I'm pretty confident it's because you're printing so many posts at once. Pro Print doesn't yet support such large projects.
Your options are:
Do those options make sense?
Ok. I thought that might be the case. Thanks for letting me know

Your options are:
- Try using Quick Print (from the WordPress admin dashboard, under "Print My Blog", click "Quick Print"). That works differently, and although it doesn't have as many options, it is capable of much larger printouts.
- Instead of printing all posts at once, create multiple projects. One for each year or something like that. Then on the "Edit Contents" page, click "Show FIlters", then use the "Written Between" https://i.imgur.com/uS416AW.png filters to only show posts written during a particular year (or whatever date range you want; the most posts I've ever done at once is a bit over 300.) Then hide the filters, then click "Select All" and press the large print button that appears in the middle of the screen https://i.imgur.com/rnOJ38V.png to add those particular contents to your project. Then repeat for each year or time period you think best.
Do those options make sense?
