point to README.md file #148

Note that I am not 100% sure about this PR.

Maybe contents of README is shown in some situations where repo (and therefore README.md) is not available? Maybe entire README file should be eliminated?

The readme.md file is not bundled in the installer tarball, only the readme file, to give brief instructions.
