When a navigation causes a scrollbar to appear/disappear, the page width changes. This causes the header logo to jump.
This can be reproduced on the compare view:
Go to an AAS Detail Page
Click on the "Compare" Button
While the Submodels are loading, the header logo is changing its location twice.
Expected Behaviour
The Header should always keep full width and be sticky. Only the area below the header should be scrollable and only this area should have the scrollbar.
