Mnes 1209 create UI for submodel repositories #81

Description

Allows to configure multiple submodel repositories ( only in setting - search not included in this PR)

Small suggestion: the different versions of "URL" look a bit off, maybe switch to the all caps URL: image

When switching in edit-mode the table layout changes so that the values are not aligned: image

Hello @XAndreJentzsch I've discussed a solution for this layout shift with @pawel-baran-se this inconsistency regarded having read only rows mixed with edit rows. Thanks a lot for catching this 🥇

Hey Pawel, looks really good! Sorry for beeing annoying - I noticed another problem: image With long URLs other important UI elements disappear. I dont know if that long URLs will be used, but I guess it could be a problem

@XAndreJentzsch no worries this is a very good point ! :) I have added a tooltip to restrict a URL length
