Hello, I have rewritten once more again this project about 4 years ago (https://trieu.cz/post/18-rps-online) but somehow I forgot about it again because it was just when I had my free time.
It's not working :( just more a PoC. I will see if there will be time in the future to re-make it.
~are you interested in developing it?~ (didn't read fully your message). If you are going to make one, let me know, I will surely be following the repo :)
Ah, too bad that version isn't running. In any case, I have a great desire to program the game myself! The new version from your link looks great. I especially like the figures! Would you mind if I used them in my project? I will gladly share the link to the repo with you as soon as I have started. :)
sure thing. I would just appreciate the mention of the great guy that did those assets for me @tomastran_ :)
also if there would be some mention where did u come to it it would be great so if I ever decide in the future building this again just for fun, nobody would blame each other :D
can you somehow text me your email or somewhere so I can send those assets to you?
@mnhtrieu use xxx for that :)
Of course I will mention you and your colleague. I have already started the implementation and will push a repository here soon :)
check your email @phoebusryan I sent it to you
@mnhtrieu Mail has arrived. Will check it out later. Thanks!
Edit: I see.. everything is here except the trap... but that's not a problem for now :)
So. First shot done: https://github.com/phoebusryan/rock-paper-scissors It's only singleplayer etc but build with JS/CSS/HTML only .... and with your graphics ;). Next steps are of course Database and Websockets.
can you please remove the .psd from the repo? 😅
Sure. Done.
Hello!
For no reason I had to think of the old ICQ-RPS today and thought about programming the whole thing so that I can play it. But I was sure that I was not the only/first one with this idea, so I googled and came across this repository. What is the status here? Is it working? :)
