This adds some recyclable components by breaking up the dashboard example file into smaller chunks, specifically a page layout as per @jayanti-neu's suggestion, which does consist of a couple of wrappers and then the dashboard itself is rendered again just static at this point so no changes are present visually at this time besides the Button and Text for the Summary in the top Left
