Add support of arcskip for self arrows

I have written a small patch (against rev r194) to add the support of arcksip 
attribute on self arrows (arrows from one entity to itself).
I have also written a new test to check the arcskip effect on all kind of 
arrows.

Please find attached the patch, as well as the test result in PNG format (with 
r194 revision, and with my patch).
