Allow for bold font attribute #80

Would adding this feature follow the applications design intentions?  I have 
modified a local copy of the source to set the font size to either 
gdFontMediumBold or a size of 14 for freetype if a label is specified for a 
divider.

I have found this allows divider to stand out better.

If it is agreed to be a good option, I can continue the concept through to be 
an attribute.
