Camera detection on Mac OS Flash Player 10.1 or later #1

Problem: With Flash Player 10.1 or later on Mac OS, the camera name is changed
from "USB Video Class Video" to "Built-in iSight". But the Flash Player
application is not able to detect the camera "Built-in iSight", if you have
installed Google chat browser plugin. The problem is even after I changed my
software to select the new camera name.

Work around:
1. Remove Google chat browser plugin and make sure that your Flash Player
settings for camera shows only one "Built-in iSight". OR
2. Uninstall Flash Player, and re-install older Flash Player version 10.0.45
which uses the camera name as "USB Video Class Video" and works well.

Fixes:
I suspect the project is in Flash Player (or in Google plugin), so this issue
is blocked on external fixes.

about potential fixes, and another

problem and potential fix. Some people have suggested installing Flash Player
[http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html 10.2 beta] but that caused
newer problems for me.

Any updates / timeline? If you release the source code I'd love to help!

Looks like this is no longer important with newer versions of Flash Player
working fine. Please re-open if the issue persists in newer versions.
