Question regarding broadcasts #14

Hello,

Could you maybe add some example of how to send a broadcast message to all existing contacts?

So for e.g if there are 1024 contacts in the phone book, creating 4 new broadcast lists, adding 256 to each list and then send the same message to all of them with one API POST request.
