Write bash or python script that runs set of commands packaged in installer which installs Go Etherium (Geth) client

I think it's important that we use Parity as our blockchain implementation. We want to save as much space as possible on the user's system and - at least for right now - Parity has the smallest footprint and the fastest syncing process.

We can also use it to create new wallets. So that takes care of that.
