For acquisitions such as for PDE4B, the PET data are divided into two runs due to the long scan time. Currently, petprep_extract_tacs runs for this, but the output in terms of nifti files and tsv files with TACs is also for each run. For subsequent kinetic modeling purposes, it would be ideal to implement a function that can merge the data across runs.
