Checkboxes implemented #25

I have had a go at implementing checkboxes. This breaks the following things:

  1. Wave 1 intervention - pledges
  2. Wave 2 intervention - manipulation check
  3. ATSI coding (I have commented it out)

I think it fixes:

  1. fogg barriers - these are now all consistent in qualtrics
  2. Wave 1 info_need checkboxes; I have deleted the renaming code
  3. Wave 2 and Wave 3 info_need_w2 checkboxes; I have deleted the renaming code
