[Mac] Stuck at the first step for a long while - human demo #68

Hi all, my tests on option2 human demo always stuck at the 1st step for very long time, can't get into next step at all, tried with all kinds of apps, the issue always reproduces, would you please help on this?

same issue, with Mac(macOS 14.4) and Android(Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.2)
