The main change here is to update the links to the slim/ directory in the tensorflow/models repo, since they've been moved to the research/ subdirectory. I also fixed a few typos/grammar issues along the way. Thanks for making this into a standalone tool!

Not really necessary since this is more about the code, the grammar seems fine by me, and I don't think good capitalization is really all that helpful, but thanks for updating the links!
