Removed metapackage installers #17

The MetaPackageInstaller is not compatible with the current composer metapackage installer (which doesn't have a composer property anymore) and metapackages are not physically installed anyway - thus I removed the metapackage installer and plugin.

Can you explain more about this PR? I see it is still supported by composer
