Below were the issues reported after initial version of the Collector Review Report.

• [x] 1) The Order in the comments section should be reverese, the latest comment should be on top as we see in the issue
• [x] 2) The comment date in a simple format like - "17-feb,18" should be appended before the comment
• [x] 3) The column Caste should be replaced with column caste Category
• [ ] 4) The created date format should be changed to "17-Feb,18" format.
• [ ] 5) The header coumns are not appearing in the PDF page
• [x] 6) District Filter should be available in the top currently we cant filter by district
• [x] 7) Status doesnt show all the current options, only shows 4 of the standard options
• [x] 8) As readability of PDF is less, can we group as following : (Mandal, Village) & (name,Caste category, Mobile number) into tw columns, so that Subject & description can be given more space.
• [ ] 9) WE would need alias names for the columns , as column subject for e.g. doesnt convey the column properly.

related to this " Basic Report to show Issues filtered by Date/Department" The comments section is currently concatenated into one field and used in the report, in PDF view there are few other issues which I have communicated to @gaurav-naik but the new lines is fine, But when we download as excel all the comments are concatenated. But every comment should be in a new line, currently all the comments are joined up one after another making it unreadable. Request to modify this at earliest so that we can use this feature for our reporting. EXample is below : "18-May,18:-Caller is inquiring about his issue and asking about new PPB. VRO informed him that work was done but he didn't received the PPB. 30-Apr,18:-Caller number is unavailable. 23-Mar,18:-SMS sent to MRO and DT."
