Vulnerability fix + added SR's NPM plugin (which I missed out on :s).

It seems that npm publish is missing a token or an OTP for it to work. Edit: in fact, it's probably due to me not having the publish permission (since I get a 403 on npm publish when being logged in).

@RichardLitt That would be nice, it would be better to find a way that wouldn't prevent collaborators in getting the releases through like it happened in #106 .
