Updates to libcouchbase #5

There have been some updates and bugfixes made to libcouchbase 1.0.x since the version included in your package. It'd be worth updating to include version 1.0.7 I think?

I also wondered if you had any plans to update the API used to work with the version 2.0.x libcouchbase API?

I'm working on this, the work being done can be found in the 'views' branch. Note that this is a WIP.

View branch has been merged into master. I'm going to let it soak in for a while until make a non-'underscore' release.
