4 years ago Que esquisito. Acabei de atualizar os dados e testar a instalação do pacote no macOS e no Linux. Não tive problemas em nenhum dos sistemas.
Infelizmente, não tenho como testar a instalação do pacote no Windows e reproduzir esse erro.
O que sugiro é atualizar o RTools para a versão mais recente e tentar instalar o pacote novamente. Se o teu RTools não foi atualizado quando o teu R passou de alguma versão 3.x para a 4.0.2, pode ser que tenhamos aí a fonte do problema.
