Deleting all files in a grain and restarting it causes sample files to be put back #23

We should use some other heuristic to add the sample files.

Fixed in https://github.com/mnutt/davros/commit/8c7f084ce822646070db96e8c8dd46f0831d9725, will go out in the next release.
