The server version 5.0.17 is old and unsupported #50

Owncloud client 2.2.0 on Ubuntu 16.04 displays error message:

Connected to (myip) as sandstorm. The server version 5.0.17 is old and unsupported! Proceed at your own risk.

It auto-pauses synchronization and I'm a little wary to unpause in case of problems.

Thanks for reporting. I'll do some testing against newest owncloud client and bump up the version davros reports if everything looks good.

What is the status of this at the moment?

Owncloud client 2.2.1 with Davros 0.17.1 still shows the same error message but does not auto-pause synchronization. Owncloud client 2.1.1, the one currently in the Ubuntu 16.04 repositories, does not show the error. I can't comment on whether 2.2.1 is safe to run, as I rolled back to 2.1.1.

Davros 0.17.2 and Owncloud Version 2.2.2 (build 6192) still showing the above warning

This should be fixed now in 0.18.

The same error on Ubuntu 14.04 with Davros 0.18.0 and Owncloud v2.2.2.

I just upgraded to version 0.21.7 and I am still seeing this error message and this behavior from owncloud (version 2.2.4 on Windows 10 - it claims it is the latest version). Thoughts?
