In side-to-side comparison, I never really see any difference before and after using tinypng and tinyjpg, and I think in the case of screenshots and sample files, there's almost no reason not to. (I don't believe there are any licensing-related issues with this commit either.)
This should reduce the initial size of a Davros grain by about half, and the overall SPK file by like half a megabyte. I don't see much reason to push a release specifically for this minor optimization, but I thought it made sense to offer it up.
