As a Windows Mobile user, things like photo upload have been elusive to me, but there's several UWP clients out there now for ownCloud/NextCloud

ownCloud's official UWP client (connection error)
nextCloud client for mobile only (actually does connect, but only after application error)
Hopic Explorer (connection error, don't think it's open source, but supports any WebDAV)

Windows Mobile is dead and I don't carry it anymore, so I think I can close this.
