Description

Finish DNS visualization page

Fix a couple bugs with href links
Fix active nav-item class usage
Add DNS visualization page
Add DNS link to all pages
Add common JS file for commonly used functions
Fix a couple bugs with map viz I found
Add unknown IP location to map viz
