I have a good idea. Can you add a default background management account function, which has the functions of login, administrator account management, permission editing, and permission allocation, and automatically connect to the database to establish the relevant data table. This part is the most commonly used function of the background management system. If there are these basic functions, this project will certainly become popular.

For your idea you can make separate package in packages folder

You package need to wrap ready dashboard

This package already has permission handler so it will be easy to handle it

For translation we need to create documentation folder to make it easy for contribution I will make it in the next days and tell you then
