Broadcast override not implemented #11

Bonus feature - I want some kind of method to broadcast alerts to the radio from a whitelisted IP, similar to an "Emergency Broadcast System". Possibly unidirectional RTP? Can borrow the Spindoctor RTP library when that is more finished. Not specifically needed for one of the two test platforms, but would be handy for my home unit and if this stack became more widely used it would be a valuable feature - if you already have a PoE "radio" running/idling in the corner of a room, it might as well also be a doorbell or PA system.

I don't use Apple kit though, so someone else might want to take that on...?
