Implement simple digital volume control #15

Just a simple digital volume control, since we have no hardware control on the 3W shim.

What a pain - trying to do actual testing instead of just coding on my laptop (since this doesn't need the hardware-interactive-libraries like mcp);

And I had to replace all the build config for linux-x64 in my version of node-ogg, too. Remind me to just delete the ia32 section entirely. It's the year of the fruitbat after all, ain't no-one using an old PAE CPU now.
