audio/mpeg (mp3) and audio/aacp (AAC ADTS) both need implementing.

Ogg.Vorbis was broken after discovered node-vorbis would not compile on Arm64.

Fixed by #4 - Vorbis works again, and so does mp3. AAC is stubbed, because it's almost certainly not needed before hls.+
