First thank you for providing this library!

I tried the latest 1.6.0 version and it said dynamic_index has been removed. The earlier version 1.4.0 works fine.

Thanks you guys for your advices for Femcy. Now it seems fine and compatible with the latest version of Taichi after removing "dynamic-index"
