荒らしの事後処理としてメッセージを削除する機能開発

[supleiades]

問題

• 荒らしが行われた後、ユーザーがBANされる前に自主脱退した場合そのユーザーのメンバーが発信したメッセージを手動で削除する必要がある
• 荒らしがコマンドを乱用してBOTから送信されたメッセージを削除する必要がある

対策

• 全ギルド内の直近24時間を対象とする
  • 送信者のユーザーIDが一致するメッセージを削除
  • 特定のワードが含まれたメッセージを削除
