:bug: Fix manual input circuit #18

I goofed up on the circuit for the manual input switch. This PR fixes the voltage divider and puts the LPF in the correct position.

Also adjust the LPF to match the voltage switch setup. As part of #9 there will still be an experiment to verify if the LPF is really needed with the chosen switches.
