Update the Fields service to be compatible with Craft v3.5 #23

These changes make the plugin compatible with Craft 3.5 for existing fab permissions data. They do not address compatibility issues with the control panel UI.

We did not use this plugin in Craft 3.4, but with these changes we were able to create a migration to insert the fab permission data and have the fields we wanted disabled.
