It means 'navel' in Rapa Nui (the language of Easter Island), as well as a few other excellent things in other languages. Its a nice name for this tool, since all good things start at the navel, with beer, a flute, &etc.
I think we could also consider it an acronym of sorts, for "Put IT On" .. as in 'put it on this host" ..
In any case, this PR renames moaiutil to pito and updates everything in MOAI to use it.
