Can't seem to find a front-end for the suggestions feature #19

1-Severity: High 2-Reported by: Daniel Yanni 3- Description: No page or button that shows the suggestions feature 4- Steps to reproduce the issue: N/A 5- Expected Result: A button or a route that redirects the user to his/her suggestions.

Suggestions appear automatically in the students news feed. After a student follows one (or more) courses, his list of suggestions gets updated and should appear automatically in the news feed.

It would appear, if I could even create a course :)

The correct issue is #3. This feature was not available for testing because of another issue.

Let's just not talk about what is correct and what is not.
