Add Parser Options #70

When adding downloads some URLs are broken. This is usually because of spaces 
but it could happen with other characters. Add parser options when adding a 
List from a file of urls.

Add check boxes for comma, tab, newline, and space. This will allow different 
file formats to be parsed.

Add option for src/href for parsing html

Add option for regex for parsing anything else.
