Add/Edit Tasks #78

Make dialog to add and edit tasks.

The first task should be the Download Task but it has not options(they are in 
DownloadSettings).

The second task should be a Delete Downloads Task that clears downloads that 
meet a set of status like COMPLETE and ERROR and/or ALL.

A third task can be to get downloads from a file just like the add dialog does.

A fourth task can be to put all links into a file.

At this point you could make a web crawler by getting downloads from a file and 
saving them to another file but it will need a task to rename and delete files.

These are just some ideas.
