Remove links/words when Restarting from File #80

In the resetParseFromFile the link/word list in download is not being cleared. 
This is not as simple as removing them from the list. It also has to remove 
them from the db. There needs to be support for deleting them in 
propertySupport and it has to trigger the correct method in DownloadSaver.
