After a MVP for creating Windows Desktop development environments, it would be nice to do the same with a Linux Desktop environment.
Not sure which package manager would be best to use... APT seems to be quite wildly used for Ubuntu/Debian like systems, but maybe Homebrew is less low-level? I think it can be used on Linux as well (as it originally was developed for MacOS).
