Cannot resolve binary for Adoptium OpenJDK 17.0.9+9 for Windows #42

It looks like sometimes there can be issues with the creation of binaries on Adoptium's side and then some binaries can be produced that live in a directory with another version number appended, the file name still carrying the original version.
