API Documenation #26

Include an API Documentation. This would function as the common ground at which the fronted and backed can agree on. The API should use an API by design model, where we build the back- and frontend based on the API (and not the API based on the backend).

I want to use OpenApi and host the generated file via GitHub pages (main branch). Therefore the Pages are always up to date.
