Banner with sound ?? #81

Hi. Some of users report that their music is stopped when some banner ads show up. Is it possible to mute the ads ?

Hi,

It's not possible to remove sound from all ads without muting the app. On the other hand, ads should not be noisy. Do you happen to have a network log of such an ad? we'll find the source and remove it.

How do I capture network log for the ads ? Please give me some steps that I can show users to help me to capture the logs.

Hi, We'll if it's an end user this will be difficult, what you can do is get the following from him:

  1. Exact date and time this happened + user's time zone
  2. His Google Advertising ID I will also need from you the inventory id.

I can then try to find the ad in the logs.

  1. google ads id: cec52046-270c-4387-9133-df51f629284d
  2. inventory id: 6220dd2b02898e033fe4bfc4834be4b8
  3. timezone: GMT+8 , 18:00 ~ 18:30
