Hi,
We'll investigate this issue and get back to you by Sunday. Can you please also provide us with a Charles Proxy log to trace the actual ad request?
Thanks
Hi,
Hopefully I have done this right, but here is a Charles Proxy session.
MyBowling3D_CharlesProxySession.chls.zip
While testing we have noticed adverts coming through MobFox which are displayed correctly.

Hi Gavin, You've exported the Charles session properly but in order for the request params to be visible you need to enable SSL proxying. Here's quick explanation on how it is done:
Now you should be able to see the full request URL and response.
Here's a link to Charles docs about SSL proxying: https://www.charlesproxy.com/documentation/proxying/ssl-proxying/
Please enable SSL proxying and send us the session again.
Thank you, -Shahaf
Hi Shahaf,
Wow, that was fun, but I think I may have succeeded. I have also uploaded a screen shot of the advert the request displayed.

Hi Gavin, Looks like the request was sent for banner but the response was interstitial. Therefore we believe this is a demand issue. We have blocked the demand for you. let us know if you notice any changes.
Best, -Shahaf
Hi Shahaf,
I have just run our App and have already seen two incorrect adverts. One totally black and one partially drawn similar to the screen shots posted earlier.

Hi Gavin, You should know that we are having permanent efforts to keep our UI as clean as we can from AQ issues, including using third party platform such GeoEdge, developing and using our in-house tools to prevent problematic ads and adding smart features to our SDK integrated publishers. In these cases, when an ad is being able to go through all of our protective layers and eventually interrupt our publisher’s end users – we have one option and it is to block the specific creative, as we did yesterday, or to block the entire DSP.
So to be sure that this is the same DSP who keeps delivering you bad quality ads we will need you to send us 3 more Charles logs of different problematic ads.
Thank you for your understanding. -Shahaf
Hi,
We are using the latest AdMob SDK for iOS (Version 7.26.0) and the MobFox SDK 3.2.0, and are experiencing problems with 320 x 50 banner adverts.
Here is a screen shot of a 320 x 50 MobFox banner mediated through AdMob Mediation.
Here is a screen shot of a 728 x 90 banner (We changed the Ad Size in the Adapter just to see if it worked).
This is on an iOS 11 iPad Air 2 device.
