[Feature] Drag and drop functionality in go-table. #917

What is the feature that you would like to propose?

Currently the go-table component doesn't support drag and drop functionality.
Currently we have a workaround in which we can only drag the column and not the whole row.
Here is a comparison between go-table and normal table

Example:

This would be a nice user experience, comparatively what is possible right now.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should be able to drag and drop whole row visually for better user experience.
We should use angular cdk drag and drop module which is already available in goponent library.
go-table should provide callback with the updated data after drag and drop.

Example:

This feature will needs to have the following requirements:

User should be able to drag and drop row on same paginated page.

User will not able to drag and drop a row across paginated pages.
