Changes

added the new style mdbw_parking_sites_bicycle_types for the new layer MobiData-BW:parking_sites_bicycle
it uses the attribute type to distinguish the different forms of bicycle parking infrastructure
mdbw_parking_sites_bicycle_types is set in layer.xml as an optional style
