I decided to not add support for ome.zarr transformations right now, since the support for transformations will be significantly extended with the pending 0.5 update. (And it only makes sense to go through the effort to support the trafos then).
Nevertheless, I will merge this PR so that the code pat for ome.zarr transformations is already there, and a meaningful error message will be thrown if it is passed when creating an ome.zarr image with transformation.
