Revise opening from remote and local... #1045

MoBIE Fiji doesn't open the ome.zarr.s3 format if it's started from a local project.

I think this is a bug.

Probably we need a zoom to discuss this...

@martinschorb @constantinpape I merged this into develop and will ship it with MoBIE-beta.

The initial issue that was to be fixed was:

MoBIE Fiji doesn't open the ome.zarr.s3 format if it's started from a local project

Please reopen this issue if the problem persists.
