[ ] did you delete the old files?
[ ] could you rename the new ones, removing the uint16, also from the table names

I am finalizing segmentations and would like to do the clean ups when the final versions are there. Should be on Friday or Monday.

But is it necessary to keep all four versions until Friday? I think we should get a habit of keeping the folder clean, because there will never be a truly final version.

em-segmented-nuclei is a binary nucleus segmentation, that wasn't done by me . For the others, I cleaned it up and we have the latest version now as em-segmented-nuclei-labels.

I have opened #23 to collect ideas on how to deal with changes in the segmentation(s) due to manual proof-reading, which we started to discuss in the meeting today.
